RTI International, an independent research organization based in Raleigh, NC, partnered with USAID and The Bill & Melinda Gates foundation on many research initiatives focused on health and global human condition. Because of this partnership RTI needed a collaboration tool that would house all of the global research on the current studies they were working on. They created a RFP to look for a company who could build a tool that would satisfy the requirements. RyOne Inc. won the contract and became sole contractor on this project.

The requirements for this project was to develop a collaboration tool that would be used globally by researchers in the field to make their research more cohesive and efficient. The tool would provide assistance in establishing a secure document repository, document management, document search capabilities, calendar collaboration, and backend functionality for system administrators to manage users and user groups.

As the creative director on this project, I ran a UX team that consisted of a UX designer and a frontend developer. Our team was responsible for creating user-flow, the visual layout of each section, overall frontend design of the system, and backend system administrators consoles.
